Digital Imaging Specialist and Conservation Technician

As Digital Imaging Specialist and Conservation Technician, Adrian is responsible for converting fragile and rare artifacts to digital format. Adrian also supports work in the conservation lab, stabilizing objects and packing archival materials.

Adrian emigrated from Arizona to complete his photography degree at Temple University. Since graduating, he has become a cultural heritage photographer in Philadelphia. Notably, he contributed to digitizing Rodin sculptures and works on paper at the PMA's imaging department. Before joining CCAHA, Adrian served as the collection photographer and publication manager at PAFA, where he also taught art documentation and alternative photography processes. He remains active in the art community, exhibiting his work, contributing to exhibitions, and having his work included in collections at Swarthmore College. Adrian enjoys and is versed in bookbinding, analog and digital printing, framing, and astronomy.
