Accessibility at CCAHA

At the Conservation Center for Art & Historic Artifacts, we are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all and are continually working to improve the user experience in CCAHA's virtual spaces.

Our intention is to provide universal access to all of CCAHA's educational programs and events. Upon registering for an event, we will ask you to note any accommodations that may be required to ensure full access to the program and its content. Accommodations we can readily provide include:

· Live spoken language interpretation services

· Live signed language interpretation services

· Slide decks with alt text emailed in advance for use with screen readers

Please note that advance notice may be needed to arrange for the services mentioned above. To provide sufficient time to make the appropriate arrangements, we encourage you to register at least seven days prior to the start of the event. English language closed captions are provided during all virtual programs and on all of our recorded videos through auto-captioning. No special requests are needed to access this feature. Live captioning can also be requested with seven days’ notice.

We appreciate your patience as we work to assess and improve accessibility at CCAHA, and welcome feedback about your experience. If you need any accommodations other than what is listed above, or if you encounter any accessibility barriers on the CCAHA website or during a program, please contact Camilla Dawson, Preservation Services Administrator, by email at cdawson@ccaha.org or by phone at 215-545-0613 ext. 300. Please also don't hesitate to reach out with any questions, concerns or to inquire about specific arrangements.
