Accessibility at CCAHA

At the Conservation Center for Art & Historic Artifacts, we are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all and are continually working to improve the user experience in CCAHA's virtual spaces.

Our intention is to provide universal access to all of CCAHA's educational programs and events. Upon registering for an event, we will ask you to note any accommodations that may be required to ensure full access to the program and its content. Please note that advance notice may be needed to arrange for some accessibility needs. To provide sufficient time to make the appropriate arrangements, we encourage you to register at least seven days prior to the start of the event.

We appreciate your patience as we work to assess and improve accessibility at CCAHA, and welcome feedback about your experience. If you encounter any accessibility barriers on the CCAHA website or during a program, please contact Alanna Shaffer, Preservation Services Coordinator, by email at ashaffer@ccaha.org or by phone at 215-545-0613 ext. 300. Please also don't hesitate to reach out with any questions, concerns or to inquire about specific arrangements.
