Heshan Wanigasekera
Heshan is a Banker in the Philadelphia office of J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Before joining J.P. Morgan, Heshan worked as an Accountant for the NBC Sports Network, and prior to that as a Collections Analyst for Dechert LLP. He is also a Director of a family-owned textile-based manufacturing business based in South Asia.
Heshan is passionate about equal access to education, breaking the cycle of homelessness and making nature more accessible to our communities. He is currently also a member of the Board of Trustees for the Fairmount Park Conservancy and is also a member of its Campaign Executive Committee helping the organization revitalize the FDR Park system. He is an active board member of Project Home’s Rising Leaders’ Group and was previously a member of the President’s Advisory Council for the Philadelphia Cristo Rey High School. Heshan earned his B.S. in Business Administration, majoring in Finance and Economics, from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
