Matthew I. Whitehorn

Matthew I. Whitehorn chairs the Employee Benefits Group and the Pro Bono Committee at Dilworth Paxson, a Philadelphia-based law firm. With more than 25 years of experience, he advises clients on ERISA and employee benefits law, with particular expertise in matters affecting tax-exempt and governmental organizations. He served as Chair of the IRS Advisory Committee on Tax Exempt and Government Entities (ACT) and is a Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel. Matt is an Adjunct Law Faculty at Temple University Law School and has taught Qualified Employee Benefit Plans and Executive Compensation through its Graduate Tax Program.
