Donations made by December 31, 2024, will be matched 1 to 1 by CCAHA’s Board of Directors (up to a total of $12,000). Please help us meet this challenge by the end of the year!
Help Preserve Our Fragile History.
We are a nonprofit, and your donations help support every aspect of what we do. Our income from fee-for-service activities like conservation treatments and workshops only cover a portion of CCAHA’s work to protect and increase access to collections that are part of our shared heritage. Donations from individuals like you also provide much-needed matching funds for grants that underwrite our varied programs and enable CCAHA to ensure that our staff are at the forefront of conservation practice. Your support will also enable us to continue providing low-cost preservation consultation and free grant-writing assistance to small museums and archives; to host interns and fellows; and to conduct outreach to new audiences.
Your support makes our work possible. Please consider making a tax-deductible contribution, and thank you for understanding and appreciating the value of our work.
$50 supports time each day for our conservators to respond to technical inquiries from individuals and collections professionals.
$100 supports professional development for both our staff and fellows to maintain our ability to provide state-of-the-art services.
$150 supports consultations with collecting organizations when crises that threaten collections occur, such as mold outbreaks, flooding, and fire.
$250 supports our new in-school education program for middle and high school students to introduce young people in Greater Philadelphia to the conservation field.
Friends of CCAHA
Individuals who make an annual gift of $150 or more will be added to our Friends of CCAHA giving society. Benefits include invitations to exclusive programs and behind-the-scenes events, as well as discounts on our services. Learn more about Friends of CCAHA here.

Donate by Donor-Advised Fund (DAF)
If you or your family have a DAF, simply request a grant distribution from your DAF sponsor. Be sure to include CCAHA’s tax ID# 23-2047295. As some DAF gifts arrive without donor information, please let us know to expect your gift so we can thank you!
