Larry Massaro

Larry Massaro holds BA and MA degrees from the University of Delaware and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.  He taught English for a few years at the University of Delaware, Lincoln University, and Temple University.  In the 1980s and 90s he held civilian positions at the Defense Logistics Agency in Philadelphia.  After completing his MBA he joined Vanguard in 1998 and served in a variety of advice, marketing, product-management, and supervisory roles; he retired from Vanguard in 2015.  In 2025 he ran for local office and in 2026 begins a 6-year term as a member of the Board of Supervisors of East Goshen Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania.  He has served on the CCAHA board, off and on, since 2013.
