Join us at the 2019 AASLH Annual Meeting
This week, we're excited to welcome public history professionals and volunteers from across the country to Philadelphia for the AASLH 2019 Annual Meeting. If you're attending, visit us at booth 400 in the exhibit hall, and join us Thursday and Saturday for sessions presented by CCAHA staff.
On Thursday, August 29, at 10:45 AM, CCAHA Preservation Specialist Samantha Forsko will chair the discussion Making the Most of Your Collections Assessment, along with Sara Hedson Buehler and Trent Rhodes of the Brandywine River Museum of Art in Chadds Ford, PA. Later that day at 1:45 PM, CCAHA Director of Development Lee Price will present FSA Tips: Fundraising 101, a hands-on session aimed at breaking down the barriers to understanding fundraising for small history organizations.
On Saturday, August 31, Samantha will take part in panel discussion Overcoming Barriers to Improved Collections Care, along with colleagues from FAIC and the Wharton Esherick Museum.
We look forward to seeing you there!
